The LUNA-FL™ Dual Fluorescence Cell Counter is easy to operate, fast, and reliable. The AO/PI fluorescence counting function provides clear images and consistent viability results. It is very helpful for routine cell and nuclei QC workflows.
This counter is convenient and easy to use. I have used it in two different labs for counting insect and mammalian cell lines. It can detect fluorescent protein (eg. GFP, tdT, and RFP), and cell stains (CFSE). The slides are high quality and I have never found a slide that was broken or unusable.
